Eligible airlines — Covers Ryanair and easyJet flights only, where the free underseat allowance is 40×30×20cm. Does not cover other airlines, charter flights, or routes where baggage policies differ.
Claim conditions — The bag must be used within its intended compressed dimensions (40×30×20cm). Claims are only valid if the bag was correctly compressed prior to boarding and not extended open using the zip in the middle of the bag. Overloaded or non-compressed bags are not covered.
Fee reimbursement cap — We will reimburse the carry-on fee charged, up to a maximum of £75 per claim.
Claim process — To submit a claim, email support@vaultbaguk.com with your order number, a photo of the bag in the sizer frame and the gate fee charge receipt within 7 days of the incident.
One claim per customer — Limited to one claim per order. The guarantee does not cover repeated incidents.
Refund or replacement — We reserve the right to offer a full product refund or replacement in lieu of fee reimbursement at our discretion.

The bag is made of solid construction and materials. It has worked so well for my trip to Egypt. The design is excellent and you can see it has been well thought out. This does what it’s designed for and that’s to fit under plane seat in front of you, so it meets the ‘small carry on category’ requirement.
